Tony has a broad practice spanning Chambers’ areas of expertise. He acts as sole counsel and also as part of a larger team, whether in an advisory or a contentious context. He is particularly interested in criminal litigation, commercial and civil matters.

He appears before courts and tribunals in Mauritius and has appeared before the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court.

Tony holds a BSc Joint Honours in accountancy and management studies from Cardiff University and a Graduate Diploma in Law from the South Bank University and a post graduate Diploma in Law from the Inns of Court School of Law. He was called to the UK Bar at the Honourable Society of Grays Inn in November 2007 and was called to the Mauritian Bar in January 2015.

Tony worked as an Executive Officer for the UK Ministry of Justice in London for six years.
