Pallavi graduated from University of Hertfordshire in 2015. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales, as a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2017. She was called to the Bar of Mauritius in 2018.
Prior to joining the Chambers, she was employed in a Top-tier Law Firm as a corporate and civil barrister. She gained experience in transactional matters, drafting of legal opinion, employment related matters, tax, data protection, regulatory and compliance matters as well as insolvency matters.
Since joining private practice in 2020, Pallavi has been exposed to criminal litigation, family, civil and corporate advisory and litigation, and employment law, corporate and business laws. She appears regularly before all Courts and tribunals of Mauritius as part of a team or as a sole counsel.
Pallavi also lectures law at the Open University and the University Technology of Mauritius.
