Fooad was called to the Mauritian Bar in January 1999. He is a seasoned corporate and commercial lawyer, well versed in both the advisory and transactional areas. He also has more than 20 years extensive experience in employment laws, dispute resolutions, human resources, trusts, pension and in the field of corruption offences.

In his career, Fooad has dealt with the major airlines, banks and financiers, lessors, manufacturers and insurers and has considerable experience in the drafting of corporate agreements and in a full range of aviation legal services.

Fooad has recognised capabilities in conflict resolutions, complexed negotiations and drafting of settlement agreements. He also advises on civil matters, competition law compliance, AML/CFT processes and data protection.
